What does sales tax and registration cost?

When purchasing a vehicle from us, you’ll be responsible for paying state sales tax and registration fees, which are processed through the DMV. Sales tax rates vary depending on your location, but in most California counties, it’s around 7.25% – 10.25% of the vehicle’s purchase price. We’ll provide an estimate of these charges during your purchase and handle the paperwork for you — making the process quick and easy.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing to make purchasing a vehicle more convenient and manageable. We work with trusted lenders to provide options for a range of credit situations. To streamline the process, we recommend filling out a pre-qualification application. It is fast, has no impact on your credit score, and gives us a better idea of what you might qualify for before moving forward with a full application.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

While appointments are not required, we strongly recommend scheduling one before your visit. This ensures that the vehicle you're interested in is available and ready for viewing. We strive to give each customer personalized attention and a smooth experience, so appointments help us better serve you.

How are our vehicles priced?

We price our vehicles using real market data and recent sales trends. Our process includes analyzing listings from trusted sources like Kelley Blue Book (KBB), Carfax, CarGurus, JD Power, Facebook Marketplace, and OfferUp. This helps us understand what similar vehicles are truly going for, not just what sellers are hoping to get. We also keep an eye on market shifts, such as rising demand for fuel-efficient or popular models, so we can adjust accordingly. Beyond the data, we look closely at each vehicle’s individual factors such as year, make, model, mileage, vehicle history, dents, scratches, paint defects, and overall condition. Even seller ratings and reputation are considered when sourcing inventory. All of this allows us to offer pricing that’s competitive, transparent, and aligned with both the current market and the actual value of the vehicle.

Do your cars come with a warranty?

Our vehicles do not come with a standard warranty by default. However, we offer optional service contracts that can be added at the time of purchase for added peace of mind. These contracts provide varying levels of coverage based on the package you choose—ranging from basic powertrain protection to more comprehensive plans that include electrical, A/C, and other major systems. Terms and mileage limits vary, and we will walk you through all available options so you can select the plan that best fits your needs and driving habits.

Can I trade in my car?

​Yes, we do accept trade-ins, provided the vehicle runs and drives. We will assess your vehicle's condition and offer a fair market value based on its current state. This allows you to sell your vehicle quickly and conveniently as part of your purchase experience.

Do you offer delivery or hold vehicles?

We can assist with arranging local vehicle delivery once a purchase is finalized. Please note that all required paperwork must be completed and signed in person at our office before we can schedule delivery or hold a vehicle. We’re happy to work with you to make the logistics as convenient as possible.
